Cheesy Mexican Layer Dip (vegan, gluten-free)

What You Need:

1 can of refried beans
1 jar of Cashew Cheesy Sauce
1 small onion, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 jalapeno, minced
1 large tomato, diced
1 lime, juiced
sea salt to taste
cayenne / red pepper flakes to taste

Directions:

Layer refried beans on the bottom of an 8x8 inch dish. Add another layer of Cashew Cheesy Sauce. In a separate bowl mix onion, jalapeno, tomato and lime juice. Add salt and spices to taste. Then fold in avocado. Layer mixture on top of beans and Cashew Cheesy Sauce. Enjoy!
