Perfect Fall Pizza (gluten-free, vegan, paleo)

What You Need:

Pizza Crust:

1 ½ cups cassava flour
1 cup arrowroot 
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp oregano
2 eggs or vegan flax "eggs" (1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 2.5 tbsp water = 1 egg)
½ cup olive oil (plus more for oiling dough)
1 cup water

Toppings:
Cashew Cheesy Sauce
Grilled Veggies (we used red onion, brussels sprouts and yellow and zucchini squash)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F. 
Combine dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Add wet ingredients and mix. Let the dough sit for 5 minutes. 
Divide the dough in half. Form bolf halves into two balls and roll out between parchment paper. 
Slide a baking sheet under the parchment paper with crust on top and bake for 13-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add Cashew Cheesy Sauce and roasted veggies. Bake for 5 more minutes or until veggies and sauce is warmed through.
Repeat with the second crust.
