Plantain Chips + Cheesy (gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free)

What You Need:

1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 green plantain
Salt to taste
Cashew Cheesy Sauce for dipping

Directions:

Heat a medium size pan and add coconut oil. Peel the green plantain and cut into 1/4"-1/2" rounds. Add plantains to the hot oil and fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown on each side. Move to a plate, add salt and dip in Cashew Cheesy Sauce!
