This seriously delicious, nourishing and beautiful bowl is packed full of veggies, clean protein of your choice, and of course topped our Cashew Cheesy Sauce. YUM!
What You Need:2 medium onions, thinly sliced1 tablespoon avocado oil or healthy oil of choice1 teaspoon sea salt1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, optional 1/2 cup cashew cream*1/2 cup Cashew Cheesy SauceFresh veggies for dipping (carrot sticks, sugar snap peas, radishes, bell pepper slices) Directions:Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sprinkle with sea salt. Cook onions over medium-low heat for 30-35 minutes until onions are a deep golden brown, stirring occasionally.
