What You Need: Cashew Cheesy SauceTortilla ChipsWalnut Taco Meat (1 cup walnuts, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp salt)Toppings: salsa, avocado, scallions, hot sauce, grilled veggies, black olives Instructions: Add walnuts to a food processor with spices and pulse until it's crumbly. Warm Cashew Cheesy Sauce over the stove. Load chips with Cashew Cheesy Sauce, walnut meat and desired toppings.
